Who we are

This website is operated by DOVIUM TECHNOLOGIES F.Z.E, C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates — a UAE-registered B2B technology sourcing and supply company. For any question about this notice or about the information we hold, write to [email protected] or call +971 50 124 1821.

We handle personal information with regard to the data protection framework of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. This notice describes our actual practice; it is not a claim of certification.

What is processed when you visit

Serving any web page involves processing the technical details of your request. When you visit this site, our hosting platform processes your IP address, the address of the page requested, and standard browser information (such as the user-agent string) in order to deliver the page, keep the service reliable and protect it from abuse. This happens for every visitor and every page — it is how the web works, and we do not pretend otherwise.

Beyond that technical layer, browsing the site adds nothing: the site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, no session recording and no third-party analytics scripts. Every font, image, stylesheet and script is served from this domain.

What you send through the enquiry form

If you choose to send an enquiry, we receive what you enter:

• Inquiry type
• Your name and company
• Your business email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Country and product interest, if you provide them
• The message you write

The form submission is sent to our own endpoint on this domain, together with the technical request details described above, which are also used for rate limiting and to block automated abuse. Enquiry contents are not written into application logs.

Why we process it

We use enquiry information to read your enquiry, reply to it, and carry out the commercial conversation that follows — sourcing, quoting, purchasing, logistics and delivery. We keep enquiry correspondence for our own business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

Service providers involved

A small number of service providers process data on our instructions to run this website and deliver enquiries:

• Website hosting and delivery: Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). The hosting platform processes the technical details of each request, including your IP address, to serve the site and to protect it from abuse.
• Enquiry email delivery: Resend, Inc., which transmits your enquiry to our business mailbox.
• Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals from your browser to distinguish people from automated abuse. It runs only on the enquiry form.
• Our own business email is hosted with our workspace provider, where your enquiry is read and answered.

Sharing with suppliers

Where fulfilling your requirement makes it necessary, we share the commercial and technical content of the requirement — for example a specification or bill of materials — with the suppliers and logistics partners involved in sourcing and delivering it. We share personal contact details only where the delivery itself requires them, and we may also disclose information where the law requires it.

International processing

Our hosting and email providers operate international infrastructure, so the technical data described above and your enquiry may be processed on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Suppliers involved in an international requirement may likewise be located in other countries. We limit what is shared to what the purpose requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the commercial relationship and for our business and accounting records; correspondence that leads nowhere is periodically cleared. Technical request logs are retained on the hosting platform's standard short rotation. If you would like your details removed, write to [email protected] and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how it is used. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. You are never obliged to use the form — email and telephone work just as well and are covered by this same notice.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with strict security headers. The enquiry endpoint validates every submission on the server, rate-limits by connection, and keeps enquiry contents out of application logs. No system is perfectly secure, but the amount of personal data this site handles is deliberately small.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Cookies and analytics

The site currently sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If that changes — for example, if a bot-protection challenge or a privacy-respecting analytics service is enabled — this notice will be updated first to say exactly what runs and what it processes.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. The date above always reflects the current version.
